Hello everyone!
My name is Nadine Bazan and I received my RYT-200 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas back in 2015. My love for long distance running introduced me to yoga after an injury I had sustained involving my IT-Band. Yoga helped to get me back to a sport I loved, but along the way my journey and experience with yoga became so much richer; my life had changed. When I am not practicing you can be sure to find me outside, near the water, spending time with my favorite girl, Marina she’s a cute, sometimes crazy, Schnoodle that likes to have fun!
I primarily teach a Vinyasa Flow styled yoga which involves continual movement and a strong awareness and connection to the breath. The classes I guide will involve meditation and a sense of mindfulness, allowing each student to begin to discover the teacher within. I am passionate about the ability of the practice to help bring about a person’s best sense of self, both on and off the mat, and I would love nothing more than to share that with you!
