Itinerary Overview

8am     Leave Corpus. Drive on own to Boerne Lake (~3hrs)

11am   Meet & Greet Water Dog and SUP4TEAM nonprofit. Bring a picnic lunch to munch on. Sherry and Mike Meyer (PSUPA certified and head of their nonprofit) share their background, passion, and mission with SUP4TEAM to aid Vets, Military, Teachers, Emergency Responders and the community with SUP camaraderie and emotional/physical wellness.

12pm   Safety briefing with Mike, Sherry or SUP4TEAM instructors. Guided paddle around Boerne Lake.

3pm     Leave for Free Roam Brewing in downtown Boerne.

3:30-4:30p Land yoga, possibly Beer Yoga, at Free Roam Brewing led by Stacie Richline.

4:30p+ Casual group hangout at Free Roam, Food Trucks on site. Non-alcoholic and non-beer options available.

Day trippers can leave anytime. Option to stay on your own in Boerne, San Antonio (~30-40mins), Fredericksburg (~45min), etc.

If the weather looks bad Saturday, we have the option to move the day trip to Sunday, starting at 10am

Price

$120 includes guided paddle, all SUP equipment, yoga & event Tshirt. Part of the proceeds go to SUP4TEAM

$70 BYOB (bring your own board, paddle, life-vest) includes guided paddle, yoga & event Tshirt. Part of the proceeds go to SUP4TEAM. We have limited boards available, so we encourage you to BYOB if possible!

Not included: transportation; you must provide your own, but we can help set up car-pools. Food & beverages are not included. Bring your own picnic lunch, snacks, and water. Dinner/drinks at the brewery are on your own.

Packing List: Picnic lunch, water & snacks, maybe folding chairs/blankets, sunscreen, bug spray, rain jacket, SUP clothes, yoga clothes and yoga mat.

The paddle and Free Roam Brewing are Dog-friendly. Its possible to bring a well-behaved SUP Pup. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup if you are using a SUP4TEAM board.
