Yes she does need some work, some of the screws for the deck weren't 306 stainless and rusted, the steering is messed up...the hydraulic lines need to be replaced but to do that properly may need a haul-out. We have some possible temporary solutions depending on your application. Some of the sliding doors could use replacement or maintenance. The floor needs redoing, the vinyl hasn't held up well. Some of the interior work is not great, it didn't hold up well to the South Texas elements (the builder was clearly more an engineer than a boat builder), but frankly for most applications you're going to want to redo the interior to suit your needs anyway. She's a strong structure and a blank canvas for your vision and needs.
