Randi Wiley Bio

Randi started practicing yoga in 2009, she loves the practice and the personal growth it has contributed to her life. She’s always up for an adventure and enjoys deep belly laughs, being silly, and not taking life too seriously. In 2013 she discovered Baptiste Yoga and soon attended an all day immersion workshop with Baron Baptiste in Houston, Texas. She felt drawn to the challenging, physical aspect of the asana from which she was able to access vitality, power, and freedom in her life both on and off the mat. Practicing yoga led her to see that a clear and present mind creates possibilities in all areas of life. She is now an RYT-200 and received her teacher training under Baron Baptiste and the Baptiste Institute. She has completed Baptiste Level One training in Sedona, Arizona and Baptiste Level Two Training in Phoenicia, New York. In addition she has attended the Baptiste Art of Assisting and Advanced Art of Assisting courses. She teaches a light-hearted Baptiste inspired power vinyasa that encourages play and fun. “ I like to challenge my students to try something new, step out of their comfort zone, and a be a yes for something bigger than themselves!”
Off the mat Randi is a wife, mother to two young boys, and a Registered Nurse. She enjoys travel, hiking, SUP boarding, and long distance running.

Anastasia Nichols Bio
At the age of four, my passion for fitness originated while doing fitness videos at home with my mom. As a young girl, I took traditional dance classes and ran cross country and track. During college, I began long distance running and ran several half marathons and one full marathon. After graduating, I taught third grade then began working at a women’s gym in Tempe, Arizona after the school year ended. There I pursued my passion for fitness by becoming a fitness class instructor, an assistant group fitness coordinator, and a fitness video principal for Christi Taylor. I immediately knew I had found my calling in helping others to become fit and confident. In October of 2011, I returned to my hometown of San Antonio, Texas where I continued to pursue my career in fitness as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and general manager of a women’s gym. I made Corpus Christi my home at the end of 2015 and am excited to continue my personal training and
fitness instruction career in a large co-ed health club and as the yoga instructor for the Hooks minor league baseball team.
I believe that every person deserves an opportunity to live a healthy and confident life. A healthy life consists of not just a strong, lean body gained through proper nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise, but also a sound mind and spirit. My mission is to build the pathways for individuals to make beneficial changes in their lives and to facilitate their overall well-being. Let’s begin your journey toward lasting wellness today!

Fun things to do in Corpus Christi

Briana Artega Bio

I began my yoga practice at age nineteen while attending Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  Every time I step on my yoga mat I feel grounded, at peace, and more connected to who I am.

Thirteen years later I began stand up paddle boarding and realized I felt the exact same way while on a board.  After months of renting a board, I decided it was time to buy my own and never looked back.  When I’m not busy being a high school counselor, you can find me on my mat or on the water paddling away!

My intentions are to bring awareness to the sport of stand up paddle boarding and inspire others to get in the water and on a board. Namaste and paddle on!
